以“立德树人、培根铸魂”为宗旨的育人工作有必要做好中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展的研究。中国素有“礼仪之邦”的美誉,传统文化教育应自觉承担起弘扬优秀传统文化的责任和使命,注重挖掘传统儒家思想所蕴含的礼仪内涵和心性智慧。以“知行合一”的导读方式促进人对传统哲学思想的学、思、行。贯穿“以人民为中心”的理念,厚植民族文化之基。将“礼乐”内涵贯穿于育人工作的全过程,使人能“学以致用、用以致学”。

In order to educate students with the purpose of“virtue cultivation”,it is necessary to research on the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.China is known as a country of etiquette.The education of traditional culture should take the responsibility and mission of carrying forward excellent traditional culture,and stress figuring out the etiquette connotation and spiritual wisdom contained in traditional Confucianism.People’s learning,thinking and doing of traditional philosophical thoughts are promoted by means of“the unity of knowing and doing”;the“people-centered philosophy”is emphasized and the foundation of national culture is laid.The connotation of“etiquette”runs through the whole process of educating students,so that students can“learn to practise and pratise to learn”.
