乌卡时代基于云模型的互联网物流金融风险评价与战略防控——基于中小型物流企业视角 被引量:1

Risk assessment and strategic prevention and control of Internet logistics finance based on cloud model in the VUCA era——From the perspective of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises

摘要 互联网物流金融平台作为当前金融创新模式之一,其发展为中小型物流企业资金融通提供了新渠道。但随着乌卡时代的到来,互联网物流金融风险愈发难确定,风险规避成为国内外学者和企业家重点研究和探索的前沿领域。因此,在乌卡时代的大背景下,笔者针对互联网物流金融平台,结合当前中小型物流企业融资业务运作现状,从信用、质押物、宏观环境、物流业务链、网络技术水平和平台的内部管理与操作6个风险点来构建评价指标体系,在此基础上采用客观性熵权法确定评价指标权重,引入高斯云模型来量化其风险等级,进而识别出互联网物流金融业务中的高风险因素,最终针对风险等级较高的质押物、宏观环境、信用三个方面提出相应的战略防控系列对策。 As one of the current financial innovation models,the development of Internet logistics financial platform provides a new channel for the financing of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises.However,with the arrival of the VUCA era,it has become increasingly difficult to determine the financial risks of Internet logistics,and risk avoidance has become a frontier sector of research and exploration for scholars and entrepreneurs at home and abroad.Therefore,in the context of the VUCA era,the author constructs an evaluation index system for Internet logistics financial platforms based on the current status of financing business operations of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises from six risk points:credit,collateral,macro environment,logistics business chain,network technology level,and internal management and operation of the platform.On this basis,this paper uses the objective entropy weight method to determine the weight of the evaluation index,introduces the Gaussian cloud model to quantify the risk level,and then identifies the high-risk factors in the Internet logistics financial business,and finally puts forward corresponding strategic prevention and control countermeasures for the three aspects with higher risk levels:collateral,macro environment and credit.
