摘要
以1年生扦插盆栽毛白杨苗为试验材料,开展盐胁迫下不同浓度的外源γ-氨基丁酸对毛白杨生长及氮代谢的影响试验。结果表明:30 mmol·L^(-1)的γ-氨基丁酸可提高盐胁迫下毛白杨的株高和生物量,可显著提高硝酸还原酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶、谷氨酸脱羧酶的活性,并显著提高总氨基酸含量。研究结果可为毛白杨育苗中科学应用γ-氨基丁酸缓解盐胁迫提供理论依据。
Using 1-year-old potted cuttage seedlings of Populus tomentosa as experimental materials,effects of different concentrations under salt stress were carried out on the effect of exogenousγ-Aminobutyric acid on the growth and nitrogen metabolism of P.tomentosa.The results showed that:the concentration of 30 mmol·L^(-1)γ-Aminobutyric acid could increase the plant height and biomass of P.tomentosa under salt stress,and the activities of nitrate reductase,glutamate dehydrogenase and glutamate decarboxylase was significantly increased,and the total amino acid content was significantly increased.The results provided a theoretical basis for scientific application ofγ-aminobutyric acid to alleviate salt stress in P.tomentosa seedlings.
