基于独角兽企业家成长路径的城市创新网络研究 被引量:2

Research on urban innovation network based on unicorn entrepreneur growth path

摘要 从独角兽企业家成长路径角度构建并分析城市创新网络,对创新型城市建设具有启示意义。利用独角兽企业家出生地、求学地、首次工作地和首次创业地的迁移轨迹构建城市网络,运用社会网络分析法探究城市网络的结构特征,归纳总结了基于独角兽企业家移动的城市关联模式。研究结果如下:(1)独角兽企业家出生地较分散,但在求学、首次工作和首次创业地上的分布则相对集中,大体呈多极分布的格局,其中创业地城市集中度最高;(2)北京、上海和杭州3市在城市网络中有着较高的权力,并且体现了重要的桥梁作用;(3)在同一城市求学、工作和创业的企业家最为常见;(4)两城市间北京与上海联系最紧密,三城市和四城市间关联上并未发现联系较突出的城市组。本研究可为创新城市的培育和吸引创业者的举措设计提供参考。 Constructing and analyzing the urban innovation network from the perspective of the growth path of unicorn entrepreneurs has enlightenmented the construction of innovative cities.This article uses the migration trajectory of unicorn entrepreneurs' birthplace,study place,first work place and first entrepreneurial place to construct an urban network,uses social network analysis to explore the structural characteristics of the urban network,and classifies connection patterns of unicorn entrepreneurs flowing cities.Research shows:(1) The birthplaces of unicorn entrepreneurs are relatively scattered,but the distribution in the places where they go to school,work for the first time and start a business is generally in a multi-polar pattern,with the highest concentration of entrepreneurial cities.(2) Three cities of Beijing,Shanghai and Hangzhou have high power and prestige in the city network,and they play a very important role as a bridge.(3) Entrepreneurs who study,work,and start a business in the same city are most common.(4) Beijing and Shanghai are the closest between the two cities,and there is no obvious connection between the three cities and the four cities.This article explores the urban innovation network from a new perspective of the growth path of unicorn entrepreneurs and inspires for innovative cities to cultivate and attract entrepreneurs.
