“SMART原则”下高校图书馆智慧学习空间构建:目标分析、问题追踪和实施路径

Target Analysis,Problem Tracking and Implementing Path of Construction of Intelligent Learning Space in the University Library Based on“SMART Principle”

为了打破以借阅为中心的传统格局、创造以分享为主体的交流空间,促进图书馆与师生、社群以及社会之间的联系,通过文献分析,借鉴了目标管理中的“SMART原则”对高校图书馆智慧学习空间构建进行目标分析,对学习空间的智能化目标确立、智能化考核主题确立、智能化标准确立三个要解决的关键问题进行追踪,从“需求分析,做好顶层设计”“资源整合,优化空间使用”“巧用技术,实现智能管理”“做好预算,争取资金保障”“加强人员管理,积极组好培训”等方面提出高校智慧学习空间构建的实施路径,以更好地提升教与学质量。

In order to break the traditional pattern of lending books,create the communication space of sharing and improve the connection between the library and teachers,students and society,the paper uses literature analysis to analyze the target of construction of Intelligence Learning Space on the reference of the“SMART principle”in target management.It traces three core problems of the establishment of the intelligent goal,the intelligent assessment theme and the intelligent standard in learning space.To improve the quality of teaching and learning,the paper puts forward the implementation of the construction of Intelligent Learning Space from the aspects of“demanding analysis to meet top-level design”,“resource integration to optimize space”,“using technology wisely to achieve intelligent management”,“making budget for fund security”and“strengthening personnel management to have good training”in the universities.
