新时代高职院校创新创业价值观教育的若干思考

Some Thoughts on the Education of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Values in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

新时代高职院校创新创业价值观教育是落实国家创新驱动发展战略和提升职业教育人才培养质量的重要举措。基于新时代创新创业价值观的基本内涵和高职院校创新创业价值观教育的重要意义,面对由机会差异、秩序僭越、内容偏狭、方式单一造成的创新创业价值观教育的现实挑战,高职院校在实践中要遵循教育规律和人才成长规律,重点从保障机会平等、厘清价值秩序、丰富课程内容、营造育人氛围四个方面,创新思路、务实行动,真正将创新创业价值观教育融入人才培养的全过程,以此应对新时代对高职院校创新创业教育改革发展提出的新要求和新挑战。

The education of innovation and entrepreneurship values in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy and improve the quality of talent training in vocational education in the new era.Based on the basic connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship values in the new era and the important significance of innovation and entrepreneurship value education in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges should follow the law of education and the law of talent growth in practice,focus on ensuring equal opportunities,clarifying the value order,enriching the curriculum content,and creating an educational atmosphere to innovate ideas and take pragmatic actions,and truly integrate innovation and entrepreneurship value education into the whole process of talent training in the face of the realistic challenges of innovation and entrepreneurship value education caused by differences in opportunities,arrogation of order,narrow content and single mode,so as to cope with the new requirements and new challenges put forward by the new era for the reform and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
