房屋顶升纠偏钢夹具有限元模拟分析

摘要 为了研究钢夹具顶升承台系统的承载能力和受力机理,结合实际工程,通过有限元软件ABAQUS对钢夹具顶升承台—原柱加固体系进行模拟计算,分析了钢夹具顶升承台在有无加厚段混凝土两种工况的设计荷载作用下,各部分结构的应力分布和损伤情况,并计算了工程实际下原柱沉降2 mm下,钢夹具承台顶升托换系统的承载力。计算结果表明,两种工况下的设计荷载作用下,各部分结构均处于弹性阶段,还有较大的安全盈余,混凝土结构局部出现损伤。原柱沉降2 mm时,无加厚段钢夹具顶升承台的承载力为912.55 kN,无加厚段钢夹具顶升承台的承载力为1 165.41 kN。 In order to study the bearing capacity and force mechanism of steel fixture jacking cap system,combined with the actual proj‐ect,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the steel fixture jacking cap--original column reinforcement system,and an‐alyzed the stress distribution and damage conditions of each part of the structure of steel fixture jacking cap under two design loads with or without thickened section concrete.The bearing capacity of the steel fixture cap jacking system under the original column settlement of 2mm is calculated.The calculation results show that under the design load under the two working conditions,all parts of the structure are in the elastic stage,there is a large safety surplus,the concrete structure local damage.When the original column is settled by 2 mm,the bearing capacity of the lifting cap of the steel fixture in the non-thickened section is 912.55 kN and that of the lifting cap of the steel fixture in the non-thickened section is 1165.41 kN.
