连续式膨胀加强带在超长水工结构中的应用

摘要 连续膨胀加强带是通过取消混凝土后浇带和伸缩缝、延长构件连续浇筑长度的采用补偿收缩混凝土及膨胀加强带的一种技术措施。因此同时采取补偿收缩混凝土及连续式膨胀加强带技术措施可以较好的控制超长混凝土结构的温度裂缝,混凝土收缩徐变。连续式膨胀加强带施工由于是一次性连续浇筑,因此工期大大缩短,适用于工期紧、防渗要求较高的超长钢筋混凝土结构,但造价会相应加高。 The continuous expansion reinforcing belt is a technical measure to use the compensating shrinkage concrete and expansion reinforcing belt by canceling the concrete post pouring belt and expansion joint and extending the continuous pouring length of components.Therefore,adopting both compensatory shrinkage concrete and continuous expansion reinforcement belt technology measures can effectively control temperature cracks and concrete shrinkage and creep in ultra long concrete structures.Due to the one-time continuous pouring,the construction period of the continuous expansion reinforcement belt is greatly shortened,and it is suitable for ultra long reinforced concrete structures with tight construction period and high anti-seepage requirements.However,the cost will be correspondingly increased.
