软土场地高标准厂房建设的常见质量问题与防治措施探讨 被引量:2

摘要 高标准厂房的建设能够提高工业用地的节约集约水平。与普通厂房相比,高标准厂房建设的工程情况复杂,施工技术要求更高,而对高标准厂房的质量把控尤为重要。而软土场地的低承载力特点亦会加剧高标准厂房在软土场地建设的难度。通过对珠海市在建的多个高标准厂房工程项目的调查走访,针对高标准厂房建设阶段遇到的突出和常见质量问题开展研究分析,并提出相应的防治措施。调查研究发现在软土场地,易出现软土开挖自稳定性差、厂房内外不均匀沉降等问题,可采用就地固化等软土地基处理方法,管线铺设可采用悬挑板作为基础以减少沉降。主体结构存在的混凝土开裂等常见问题可通过改善施工工艺解决。厂区的道路和管网设施采取永临结合的建设方式时,会面临成果保护问题,需要通过规划行车路线、场内布局等手段来保护永久设施。本文分地基基础、主体结构和厂区道路三部分对高标准厂房的质量控制进行了分析并给出指引,能够为将来的高标准厂房的高质量建设提供有效的参考。 To save industrial land,it is necessary to promote the construction of high-standard plants.Compared to ordinary industrial plants,the construction of high-standard plants is more complicated,and the quality control of high-standard plants is especially important.The low bearing capacity of soft soil sites will also aggravate the difficulty of the construction of high-standard plants.In this paper,several high-standard industrial plant projects under construction in Zhuhai are investigated.The outstanding problems and common quality problems encountered in the construction stage are analyzed and corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed.Soft ground treatment methods such as in-situ curing can be used to improve the stability of excavations.Overhanging slabs can be used to reduce settlement of pipelines to avoid damages caused by differential settlement.Concrete cracking of structure can be reduced by improving construction technol‐ogy.The permanent infrastructures such as roads should be protected through proper planning and temporary protective measures.Guidelines on quality control of high standard plants are given for construction of the foundation,structure and site road,which can provide effective reference for the construction of high standard industrial plants in the future.
