10种杀菌剂处理对西瓜细菌性果斑病的防治效果

摘要 【目的】西瓜细菌性果斑病是一种危害范围广、毁灭性强的种子传播病害,是西瓜生产的主要病害之一。为筛选出能够有效防治西瓜细菌性果斑病的药剂,选择生产上常用的10种杀菌剂进行了防效测定。【方法】防效测定采用室内平板抑菌试验、盆栽防效测定。【结果】室内平板抑菌试验结果显示,3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂、3%噻霉酮水分散粒剂、1.5%噻霉酮水乳剂、2%春雷霉素水剂、20%噻菌铜悬浮剂和20%噻森铜悬浮剂对该病菌具有抑制作用,其中抑菌效果较好的为3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂和3%噻霉酮水分散粒剂。盆栽防效测定结果显示,在接种处理14 d后,3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂和3%噻霉酮水分散粒剂对西瓜细菌性果斑病的防治效果可达90%。【结论】3%中生菌素可湿性粉剂和3%噻霉酮水分散粒剂具有较好的抑菌效果,在生产上可推荐其用于西瓜细菌性果斑病的防治。 【Objective】Bacterial fruit blotch of watermelon is a type of seed borne disease with wide damage range and strong destructiveness and becomes one of the main diseases in watermelon production.To Screen chemicals which could control bacterial fruit blotch effectively,control efficacy of ten bactericides commonly used in production were measured.【Method】There were two methods of control efficacy measurement:Plating bacteriostasis test in lab and potting planting.【Result】The results of plating bacteriostasis test in lab showed that 3%Mesobiotin wettable powder,3%thiamethoxazole water dispersible granules,1.5%thiamethoxazole water emulsion,2%kasugamycinaqueous solution,20%thiamethoxazole copper suspension and 20%Thiessen copper suspension agent had inhibition effect on bacterial fruit blotch.Among all the bactericides,3%Mesobiotin wettable powder and 3%thiamethoxazole water dispersible granules had good inhibition effect.The results of potting planting showed that 3%Mesobiotin wettable powder and 3%thiamethoxazole water dispersible granules had good inhibition effect,reaching 90%.【Conclusion】3%Mesobiotin wettable powder and 3%thiamethoxazole water dispersible granules had good inhibition effect and could be suggested to be used for control of bacterial fruit blotch of watermelon in production.
