鱼雷装载可靠性试验验证技术探讨

摘要 针对鱼雷装载可靠性验证所需试验时间较长、要求样本数量较多的问题,探讨了基于加速试验的装载可靠性快速验证技术,分析了影响装载可靠性的敏感环境应力,给出了装载可靠性加速模型和加速试验剖面设计方法,并在某产品上进行了验证,较客观高效地对鱼雷装载可靠性进行了验证和评价,对于提高鱼雷装载可靠性的试验效率、评估精度和鉴定质量具有重要的意义,并可为同类装备的可靠性验证提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of long test time and large sample size required for reliability verification of torpedo loading,the rapid verification technology of loading reliability based on accelerated testing is explored.The sensitive environmental stress that affects loading reliability is analyzed,an accelerated model for loading reliability and a design method for accelerated testing profile are provided and verified,and it is verified on a product,which is of great significance to improve the testing efficiency,evaluation accuracy,and identification quality of torpedo loading reliability,and can provide reference for reliability verification of similar equipments.
