不同防护工艺镀层南海自然环境适应性分析

摘要 我国南海属于典型的热带海洋性气候,该地区具有典型的“高温、高湿、高盐雾和强太阳辐射”的特点。在这种恶劣的气候条件下,产品常用的经过镀层防护工艺处理的金属材料经常会出现露底、明显的桔皮、斑点、针孔、缩孔、鼓泡、流痕、泛白、堆集、起皮、脱落、擦伤、开裂、漆膜不干或返粘等现象,这就要求产品有很强的耐腐蚀性能。因此,以3种不同防护工艺镀层为研究对象,分析其南海自然环境适应性;通过分析对比12个月棚下自然环境暴露试验数据,对3种不同防护工艺镀层给出了评价,并进行了优劣分析,为产品改进研制项目提供了环境适应性评估数据,为产品改进研制项目有针对性地采取改进措施提供了环境适应性数据支撑。 The South China Sea belongs to the typical tropical marine climate,which has typical characteristics of“high temperature,high humidity,high salt spray and strong solar radiation”.Under this harsh climate,the commonly used metal material of products treated by the coating protection process often exhibit phenomena such as exposure,obvious orange peel,spots,pinholes,shrinkage,bubbling,flow marks,whitening,stacking,peeling,scratching,cracking,and non-drying or back sticking of the paint film,which requires products to have strong corrosion resistance.Therefore,three different protective process claddings are used as the research object to analyze their adaptability to the natural environment in the South China Sea.By analyzing and comparing natural environment exposure test data under the shed for 12 months,the three different protective process claddings are evaluated and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,which provides environmental adaptability assessment data for product improvement and development projects,and provides environmental adaptability data support for the selection of targeted improvement measures in product improvement and development projects.
