大理石粉对水泥水化性能的影响研究

摘要 为研究大理石粉对水泥浆体水化性能的影响,采用X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪和核磁共振分析仪分析不同大理石粉掺量下水泥浆体的水化产物以及早期水化程度。结果表明:大理石粉的掺入会降低水泥浆体的抗压强度,并且下降幅度随掺量的增加而增大;掺入大理石粉的X射线衍射图没有新的物质生成,大理石粉掺量越高,水化产物Ca(OH)_(2)的衍射峰强度越小;大理石粉作为矿物掺合料可以提高水泥浆体中CaCO_(3)的含量;随着大理石粉掺量的增加,水泥浆体中胶空比逐渐增大,抗压强度也随之增大。 In order to study the effect of marble powder on the hydration properties of cement slurry,the X-ray diffraction meter,thermogravimetric analyzer and nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer were used to analyze the hydration products and early hydration degree of cement slurry under different marble powder levels.The results show that:the incorporation of marble powder reduces the compressive strength of cement slurry,and the decrease increases with the increase of the dosage;the X-ray diffraction pattern mixed with marble powder does not generate new substances,and the higher the marble powder content,the smaller the diffraction peak intensity of the hydration product Ca(OH)_(2);marble powder as a mineral admixture can increase the content of CaCO_(3) in cement slurry;with the increase of marble powder content,the glue-to-air ratio in the cement slurry gradually increases,and so does the compressive strength.
