基于阻抗匹配的轴承转速高精度无线测试方法

摘要 航空发动机长期疲劳运行引起的轴承故障是造成发动机空中停车的重要原因,严重影响飞行安全。为了实现发动机轴承在恶劣环境下转速信号的实时精准测量,提出了一种基于阻抗匹配的轴承转速无线测量方法,并搭建了对应的平台进行测试,验证了该方法应用于轴承内圈转速无线测试的可靠性和准确性。天线随轴承转动与轴承发生周期性耦合,耦合信号无线传输至天线端后经检测电路板以周期性电压的形式输出并显示在示波器上,通过分析输出电压波形的周期,可以计算出轴承转速,进而实现轴承转速的无线测量。测量结果表明,在0~2600 rpm转速范围内,转速测量的相对误差保持在1%以内。 Bearing failure caused by long-term fatigue operation of aviation engine is an important cause of engine parking in the air,which seriously affects flight safety.In order to realize the real-time and accurate measurement of engine bearing speed signal in harsh environment,a wireless measurement method of bearing speed based on impedance matching is proposed,and the corresponding platform is built for testing,which verifies the reliability and accuracy of the proposed method applied to the wireless measurement of bearing in-ner ring speed.With the rotation of the bearing,the antenna is periodically coupled with the bearing.The coupling signal is wirelessly transmitted to the antenna end,and then output by the detection circuit board in the form of periodic voltage and displayed on the oscil-loscope.By analyzing the period of the output voltage waveform,the bearing speed can be calculated,and then the wireless measurement of the bearing speed can be realized.The measurement results show that the relative error of speed measurement is kept within 1%in the range of 0~2600 rpm.
