学生主体性视角下职业教育友好型社会构建研究 被引量:1

摘要 学生主体性是影响职业教育友好型社会构建的一个基本因素。职业教育地位支持、人才待遇支持、层次支持、质量支持和治理支持是学生主体性视角下职业教育友好型社会构建的基本内涵。在友好型社会构建过程中,我国职业教育存在战略地位认同度低、技术技能人才待遇偏低、高层次教育招生规模较小、人才培养质量较低、学生权益受到侵害等问题。为此,应采取提升职业教育社会战略地位、提高技术技能人才社会待遇、扩大高层次教育招生规模、强化技术技能培养、完善社会治理等构建机制。 Students subjectivity is a basic factor that affects the construction of a friendly society in vocational education.Vocational education status support,talent treatment support,level support,quality support and governance support are the basic connotations of the construction of a friendly society in vocational education from the perspective of students' subjectivity.In the process of the construction of a friendly society,there are some problems in vocational education in China,such as low recognition of strategic position,low treatment of technical and skilled personnel,small scale of high-level education enrollment,low quality of talent training and infringement of students' rights and interests.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt the construction mechanism of enhancing the social strategic position of vocational education,improving the social treatment of technical and skilled talents,expanding the enrollment scale of high-level education,strengthening the training of technical skills,and improving social governance.
