治理现代化是高职教育高质量发展的必然要求。优化高职教育治理,需要以协同治理方式推进高职教育改革创新发展,既要深入分析新时代高职教育协同治理的科学内涵,又要融入高职教育治理各领域、全过程,从治理主体、治理内容、治理方法、治理载体协同维度观照高职教育协同治理的推进重点。在厘定高职教育协同治理是一种治理观、方法论、运行态的基础上,需要整合优化治理团队,加强治理内容研究,协同治理方式方法,拓展协同治理载体,以四者协同的聚合效应提升高职教育质量。

Governance modernization is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.To optimize the governance of higher vocational education,it is necessary to promote the reform,innovation and development of higher vocational education by means of cooperative governance.It is necessary to deeply analyze the scientific connotation of cooperative governance of higher vocational education in the new era,and to integrate into the various fields and the whole process of the gover-nance of higher vocational education,and to observe the key points of cooperative governance of higher vocational education from the collaborative dimension of governance subject,governance content,governance method and governance carrier.On the basis of defining the cooperative governance of higher vocational education as a kind of governance view,methodology and operation mode,it is necessary to integrate and optimize the governance team,strengthen the research of governance content,the ways and methods of cooperative governance,expand the carrier of cooperative governance,and improve the quality of higher vocational education with the aggregation effect of the four synergies.
