Research Advances on Goose Astrovirus

鹅星状病毒是引起雏鹅痛风的主要原因,该病毒可以导致4~16日龄雏鹅发病和死亡,发病率和死亡率均达到50%以上。本文主要从鹅星状病毒的分子生物学特征、发病机理、流行病学、病毒分离和鉴定、治疗、预防和控制等方面进行了综述,希望对该病毒今后的研究、防控提供参考依据。

Goose astrovirus is the main cause of gout in goslings.The virus can cause morbidity and mortality of goslings aged 4 to 16 days,and the incidence rate and mortality rate are more than 50%.This article mainly reviews the molecular biological characteristics,pathogenesis,epidemiology,virus isolation and identification,treatment,prevention,and control of goose stellate virus,hoping to provide reference basis for future research and prevention and control of the virus.
