摘要
目的结合达芬奇手术机器人临床应用和设备管理维度的分析,建立健全手术机器人系统的临床应用与设备管理体系。方法通过加强采购及使用管理、完善人员培训、制定管理制度及质控保障,建立健全手术机器人系统的临床应用和设备管理体系。选取在用的2台手术机器人为研究对象,以2016年7—12月的161例直肠手术为对照组,2021年2—7月159例直肠手术为观察组,对比两组手术开台时长、外科医生及手术室护士满意度、设备故障率等指标的差异。结果我院3台手术机器人12年来成功开展手术超6500例,并促进了医疗质量提升。观察组的手术开台时间(45±8)min显著低于对照组(88±10)min,医护满意度显著高于对照组,设备故障率显著低于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过建立健全达芬奇手术机器人管理体系,可有效提高运行效率、管理水平和医疗质量。
Objective To establish and improve the clinical application and equipment management system of surgical robot system combined with the analysis of Da Vinci surgical robot clinical application and equipment management dimension.Methods Through strengthening procurement and use management,improving personnel training,formulating management system and quality control guarantee,the clinical application and equipment management system of surgical robot system was established and improved.Two surgical robots in use were selected as the research subjects,161 cases of rectal surgery from July to December 2016 were taken as the control group,and 159 cases of rectal surgery from February to July 2021 were taken as the observation group.The differences of operation duration,satisfaction of surgeons and operating room nurses,equipment failure rate and other indicators between the two groups were compared.Results The three surgical robots in our hospital have successfully carried out more than 6500 operations in the past 12 years and promoted the improvement of medical quality.The operation opening time of observation group(45±8)min was significantly lower than that of control group(88±10)min,the medical and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group,and the failure rate of equipment was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation efficiency,management level and medical quality of the hospital can be effectively improved by establishing and improving the management system of Da Vinci surgical robot.
