饲粮中添加发酵压片玉米对育成期肉鹅生长性能、血清生化指标与免疫水平以及肠道形态的影响

Effects of fermented flaked maize on growth performance,serum biochemical and immune levels and intestinal morphology in meat geese during breeding period

摘要 为探讨饲粮中添加发酵压片玉米对肉鹅生长的影响,以2周龄健康霍杂肉鹅为试验材料,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)和添加5%发酵压片玉米的日粮,饲养至10周龄屠宰取样,测定其生长性能、器官指数、血清生化指标、血清细胞因子和肠道形态等指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加发酵压片玉米极显著降低了霍杂肉鹅的平均日采食量和料重比,并显著降低了霍杂鹅的翻翅率;饲粮中添加发酵压片玉米显著降低了霍杂肉鹅的血清TC水平,极显著降低了血清HDL和LDL水平,极显著提高了霍杂肉鹅的血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平;饲粮中添加发酵压片玉米极显著提高了霍杂肉鹅空肠和回肠的黏膜厚度,极显著降低了霍杂肉鹅的空肠隐窝深度,并极显著提高了霍杂肉鹅回肠的绒毛高度、绒毛面积和绒隐比。 To investigate the effects of adding fermented flaked maize to the diet on the growth of meat geese,2-week-old healthy Huo-za meat geese were used as experimental materials.They were fed with a basic diet(control group)and a diet supplemented with 5%fermented flaked maize.At 10-week-old,they were slaughtered and sampled,and their growth performance,organ indexes,serum biochemical indexes,serum cytokines,and intestinal morphology were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,adding fermented flaked maize to the diet significantly reduced the average daily feed intake and feed gain ratio(P<0.01),and significantly reduced the wing turning rate of Huo-za meat geese(P<0.05).Adding fermented flaked maize to the diet significantly reduced the serum TC level(P<0.05),significantly reduced the serum HDL level and LDL level(P<0.01),and significantly increased the serum immunoglobulin M(IgM)level(P<0.01)of Huo-za meat geese.Adding fermented flaked maize to the diet significantly increased the mucosal thickness of the jejunum and ileum(P<0.01),significantly reduced the depth of jejunal crypt(P<0.01),and significantly increased the villus height,villus area,and the ratio of villus height to crypts depth(P<0.01)of Huo-za meat geese ileum.
