工匠精神是第一批纳入中国共产党人精神谱系的伟大精神,其内涵为“执着专注、精益求精、一丝不苟、追求卓越”。从工匠精神的文化源头——中华优秀传统文化尤其是儒家文化来审视工匠精神,其内涵体现为“仁者爱人”的职业初心、“尽善尽美”的职业愿景、“精益求精”的职业态度、“以巧尽器”的职业要求、“日新盛德”的职业修养以及“道技合一”的职业境界,体现了信仰、行为和价值的有机统一,凸显了儒家崇德爱民、德艺兼修、讲求中和、经世致用、守正创新、追求境界等思想对塑造工匠精神的重要影响。深入挖掘工匠精神的儒学基因,有助于贯彻落实中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》,促进马克思主义基本原理同中华优秀传统文化相结合,推动中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化与创新性发展,进一步增强文化自信。大力弘扬工匠精神,有助于不断提高人才培养质量,建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动大军,实现“以人口高质量发展支撑中国式现代化”的目的;有助于大幅提升劳动者收入,持续扩大消费需求,加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局;有助于推动中国制造业转型升级,推动中国制造、铸造中国品牌,是贯彻新发展理念、进一步推进中国式现代化发展的迫切需要。

Craftsman spirit is one of the first great spirits to be included in the spiritual pedigree of Chinese of“dedication,refinement,meticulousness and excellence”.Viewed from Confucian culture,the connotations of craftsmanship spirit comprise six aspects:“the benevolent love of people”,“producing perfect products through self-perfection”,“keeping improving”,“making the best of tools through one’s technique”,“keeping learning and innovating”,and“integration of morality and technology”.They are the organic unity of the craftsman’s faith,behavior and value.The advantages of vigorously promoting the craftsmanship spirit are multifaceted.First,it helps to continuously improve the quality of talent training,build a knowledge-based,skilled and innovative labor force,and“support Chinese path to modernization with highquality population development”.Second,it helps significantly increase the income of workers,continue to expand consumption demand,and accelerate the construction of a Dual circulation with domestic circulation as the main body and domestic and international double circulation promoting each other.Third,it helps to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry and thus promote the brand of“Made in China”.
