摘要
教师是高职院校进行教育、教学与科研的主要力量,也是培养高层次技能人才的主力军。高职院校教师尽责履职的主观能动性,主要依赖教师激励机制作用的发挥。本文透视了目前高职院校教师激励机制的现状与不足,提出了完善高职院校教师激励机制要素的策略,对于高职教育的发展具有十分重要的意义。
Teachers are the main force of education,teaching and research in higher vocational colleges,and also the main force of training high-level skilled talents.The subjective initiative of teachers performing their duties in higher vocational colleges mainly depends on the function of teachers’incentive mechanism.This paper analyzes the present situation and deficiency of the incentive mechanism of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some strategies to improve the incentive mechanism of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
