摘要
膜法氢气分离技术作为一种绿色分离技术,具有环保、节能、占地面积小、操作简单、运行成本低等优点,是一种极具竞争力的新型氢气净化分离技术。介绍了有机聚合物H_(2)/CO_(2)分离膜的分离机理,重点总结了氢气分离用聚苯并咪唑(PBI)分离膜,包括PBI均质膜、PBI共混膜、PBI混合基质膜及中空纤维膜的研究进展,并对氢气分离用PBI在混合基质膜开发、制膜工艺及工业应用方面的发展前景进行了展望。
As a green separation technology,hydrogen purification with membrane method has the advantages of environmentally friendly,energy saving,small footprint,simple operation,low operation cost,and is a very competitive new hydrogen purification and separation technology.The H_(2)/CO_(2)separation mechanism of organic polymer membranes is briefly introduced,and the latest research progress of polybenzimidazole(PBI)membranes for hydrogen purification is summarized,including PBI homogeneous membrane,PBI-based blend membranes,PBI-based mixed matrix membranes and hollow fiber membranes.The development of PBI membrane materials for hydrogen separation in the development of mixed matrix membranes,membrane production processes and industrial applications are also prospected.
