犬内侧髌骨脱位的诊断与治疗

犬内侧髌骨脱位常发生于小型犬,分为4个等级,每个等级均会表现出不同的临床症状。文章记录了一例典型的内侧髌骨脱位的诊断、治疗过程,患犬经一般临床检查和X射线检查后确诊为胫骨结节畸形导致的内侧髌骨三级脱位;经实验室检查发现其体况良好、适合手术,遂进行胫骨结节移位术和滑车沟再造术。术后患犬左后肢恢复正常,且预后良好。文章对小型犬髌骨脱位的治疗、预后和预防提出了建议,旨在降低该病的临床发病率,为该病的临床诊疗及相关研究提供参考。

Canine medial patellar dislocation occurs in small canines and is divided into four grades,each of which presents different clinical symptoms.The diagnosis and treatment of a typical medial patellar dislocation were reported.The patient was diagnosed as a tertiary dislocation of the medial patella due to malformation of the tibial tubercle by general clinical examination and X-ray examination.After laboratory examination,it was found that the patient was in good condition and suitable for surgery,so the tibial tubercle displacement and trochlear groove reconstruction were performed.The left hind limb of the canine returned to normal and the prognosis was good.The paper puts forward some suggestions on the treatment,prognosis and prevention of patella dislocation in small canines,aiming at reducing the clinical incidence of the disease and providing theoretical ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment and related research.
