摘要
猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)是一种单股正链RNA病毒,为冠状病毒α亚群成员,全基因组7个分区,编码4种结构蛋白和18种非结构蛋白。开展基因组的研究利于完善临床诊断技术、探索病毒作用机制、开发新型疫苗和抗病毒药物,对病毒防控和治疗具有重要作用。文章从TGEV病原学、基因组结构、主要基因及其编码蛋白的功能等方面进行了综述,以期为后续TGEV的分子生物学基础研究提供参考。
TGEV is a single-stranded plus stranded RNA virus,a member of coronavirus alpha subgroup,with seven whole genome partitions encoding four structural proteins and 18 non-structural proteins.Genome research is beneficial to improve clinical diagnosis technology,explore the mechanism of virus action,develop new vaccines and antiviral drugs,and play an important role in virus prevention and control and treatment.In the paper,the etiology,genome structure,main genes and functions of their encoded proteins of TGEV were reviewed,so as to provide reference for the subsequent molecular biology research of TGEV.
