智能时代的大学教学文化:新样态、新隐忧与新路向

University teaching culture in age of intelligence:new form,new worries and new strategy

摘要 智能时代的大学教学文化,即高等学校师生在人机共存的教育教学实践活动中,基于平等对话创造的一种旨在促进智能时代高级专门人才育人目标达成,并对大学教育教学利益相关主体具有普遍约束和规范作用的教育文化形态。智能时代大学教学文化呈现出多元立体的教学时空、深度融合的教学方式、高度解放的教学主体、精准定制的教学内容、全面客观的教学评价等新样态,同时存在技术崇拜的风险、师生隔离的风险、伦理缺失的风险、知识系统性不足的风险、情感缺失的风险等新隐忧。面向未来,应着重从培育教学主体文化自觉,提升师生信息素养水平,加强人工智能制度规范建设,强化高质量数字教育资源建设,突出大学教育的情感关怀等方面努力,促进智能时代大学教学文化的持续健康发展。 The university teaching culture in the intelligent era,that is,in the educational and teaching practice of man-machine coexistence,teachers and students in Colleges and universities create an educational culture form based on equal dialogue,which aims to promote the achievement of the educational goal of senior professionals in the intelligent era and has a universal constraint and normative effect on the stakeholders of education and teaching.In the era of intelligence,university teaching culture presents new forms such as"multi-dimensional teaching time and space","deeply integrated teaching methods","highly liberated teaching subjects","accurately customized teaching contents"and"comprehensive and objective teaching evaluation",At the same time,there are new hidden worries such as"the risk of technology worship","the risk of isolation between teachers and students","the risk of lack of ethics","the risk of lack of systematic knowledge","the risk of lack of emotion"and so on.Facing the future,we should focus on cultivating the cultural consciousness of teaching subjects,improving the information literacy level of teachers and students,strengthening the construction of artificial intelligence system norms,strengthening the construction of high-quality digital education resources,and highlighting the emotional care of university education,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of university teaching culture in the intelligent era.
