我国孤独症儿童康复事业发展影响因素研究

On The Influencing Factors of the Development of Rehabilitation for Autistic Children in China

据《中国孤独症教育康复行业发展状况报告(IV)》报告,中国的孤独症群体数量已达1000万人,其中0至14岁的患儿已超200万,成为了中国精神残疾儿童中的一大群体。通过构建实证模型,探讨对我国孤独症儿童康复事业产生影响的诸多因素,最终得出结论:政府相关政策、国民经济发展水平、对孤独症儿童的社会支持以及特殊教育发展水平对孤独症儿童康复事业起到正向促进作用;而物价水平和城乡居民贫富差距则对其产生负向影响。

According to the Report on the Development of Autism Education and Rehabilitation Industry in China(IV),it is estimated that there have been more than 10 million autistic patients in China,including more than 2 million children aged 0 to 14.Autistic children have become a large group of children with mental disabilities in China.This paper,through the establishment of an empirical model,explores the factors influencing the rehabilitation of autistic children in China.It is concluded that relevant government policies,the development of national economy,the public support for autistic children and the development of special education play a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation of autistic children,while the price level and the gap between the rich and the poor from urban and rural areas have a negative impact on it.
