论中国式现代化进程中的公德文化建设

On the Construction of Social Morality Culture in the Process of Chinese Modernization

在中国式现代化进程中,公德文化建设既是顺应世界性现代化潮流的应有之义,又是增强中国式现代化自信的重要内容,也是实现人的现代化的关键一环。进入新时代,公德文化建设取得了显著成效,但其建设本身也面临着亟待解决的困境与问题,伦理本位的文化惯性制约公德文化建设的场域扩展,市场经济的个体主义消解公德文化建设的公共共识,工具理性的单向发展束缚公德文化建设的价值理性。为此,应从扩大公德文化建设的“家校社网”场域、完善公德文化建设的法律制度建设、增强公德文化建设主体的价值观念等方面来破解当前存在的现实困境,以适应中国式现代化发展的需要。

In the process of Chinese modernization,the construction of social morality culture is not only an effective means to conform the global trend of modernization,but also an important content to promote self⁃confi⁃dence in Chinese modernization and also a key link to realize human modernization.Since China has entered a new era,we should realize that the construction of social morality culture has achieved significant results,but its con⁃struction itself also faces urgent dilemmas and problems to be solved,such as cultural inertia of centered ethic which has restricted expanding the areas of construction of social morality culture,individualism of market economy which has decreased social consensus of construction of social morality culture,and one⁃dimensional development of instrumental⁃rationality which has fettered the development of value⁃rationality of construction of social morality cul⁃ture.Therefore,to adapt to the development of Chinese modernization,there are some solutions to expand the areas of family,school,society and cyberspace,to improve legal system construction and to enhance people's value⁃ra⁃tionality.
