公园城市理念下的广州老城区“公园+”模式研究

“Park Plus” Model in Guangzhou Old Town Based on the Park City Concept

在公园城市理念下,老城区的城市公园更新的价值观从单纯的物质更新转向内涵式发展。老城区公园的更新利用一方面能盘活公园存量空间,使老公园焕发新活力;另一方面促进老城区公园融入公园城市的更新发展,作为区域公共服务功能的补充和优化。基于对国内外相关理论和实践的总结,提出适用于老城区公园更新的边界连通、综合渗透和智慧赋能3种更新策略,并以广州老城区公园为例,通过“公园+”模式赋能,使公园的存量低效空间向“以人为本”的多功能空间转变,从而实现公园提质增效。

Under the concept of Park City,the value of urban park renewal in old town has shifted from simple material renewal to connotative development.The renewal and utilization of urban parks in the old town can,on the one hand,revitalize the stock space of the parks and stimulate the revitalization of old parks,and on the other hand,promote the integration of old parks into the renewal and development of park cities as a supplement and optimization of regional public service functions.Based on a summary of relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,three renewal strategies,namely boundary connectivity,integrated penetration,and intelligent empowerment,are proposed for the renewal of old urban parks.Taking Guangzhou's urban parks in the old town as an example,the "park plus" model is used to empower and transform the inefficient stock space of the park into a "people-oriented" multi-functional space,thereby achieving park quality and efficiency improvement.
