摘要
在汽车零部件的应用生产中,许多同平台的零件具有相同或类似的结构,我们称之为通用结构。本文以日系汽车的零部件为重点研究对象,例举了流道、冷料井、卡鼻卡窗、卡舌头、接插件卡槽、定位头及装配孔等通用结构,对这几种常见的通用结构进行分析。结合实际生产的情况,简述了一些已经发生的不良情况及相应的改善措施。通过对模具或者零件的细小改动,对质量问题进行优化并总结经验,优化后续其他项目零件的设计开发,就可以在生产中有效地规避这些问题的发生。
In the production and application of automotive components,many parts on the same platform have the same or similar structures,which we call universal structures.This article focuses on the components of Japanese cars and provides examples of common structures such as flow channels,cold wells,nose and window clamps,tongue clamps,connector slots,positioning heads,and assembly holes.These common structures are analyzed.Based on the actual production situation,this article briefly describes some existing defects and corresponding improvement measures.By making minor changes to molds or parts,optimizing quality issues and summarizing experience,then optimizing the design and development of other project parts in the future,helps to avoid the recurrence of these problems.
