摘要
在油气田勘探开发过程中,钻井是获取地质参数、掌握油藏特征以及石油和天然气开采的重要手段。由于储层具有非均质性、区块内各井生产状况差异大以及地面地形复杂等情况,井位部署对控制钻井作业风险、降低增产改造难度以及提高油气井经济效益具有极大的影响,因此,钻井井位优选具有重要意义。针对非均质储层、存在避让区等约束条件下的多井井位优选难度大,应用工具软件缺乏等问题,文章通过增加约束项和半程反映点,改进Nelder-Mead单纯形调优法,通过不断迭代,以相同生产时间的累产量为优化目标,建立井位优选模型。结果表明:改进的Nelder-Mead单纯形井位优选方法可以大幅度提高井位优选精度;在非均质储层中,多井井位优选能够较均匀的控制整个油藏;存在避让区时,井位调整兼顾了地面与控制油藏两方面,累产量也有提高。
In the process of exploration and development of oil and gas fields,drilling is an important means to obtain geological parameters,research the characteristics of oil reservoirs,and extract oil and natural gas.Due to the heterogeneity of the reservoir,the large difference in the production status of each well,and the complex terrain on the ground,the deployment of well locations has a great impact on controlling the risk of drilling operations,reducing the difficulty of stimulation and reconstruction,and improving the economic benefits of oil and gas wells.Drilling well location optimization is of great significance.Aiming at the difficulty of multi-well well location optimization under constraints such as heterogeneous reservoirs and avoidance areas,and the lack of application tools and software,the Nelder-Mead simplex optimization method was improved by adding constraint items and half-way reflection points.Through continuous itera-tion,a well location optimization model was established with the cumulative production of the same pro-duction time as the optimization goal.The results show that the improved Nelder-Mead simplex well loca-tion optimization method can greatly improve the accuracy of well location selection.In heterogeneous reservoirs,multi-well well location selection can control the entire reservoir more uniformly.If there is an avoidance area,the well location adjustment can take into account both the surface and the control of the reservoir to increase the cumulative production.
