摘要
在船舶营运中,低质廉价的重油仍在船舶柴油机普遍应用,包括低速和中速柴油机等,其粘度可达到380~700 cst@50℃。为了降低喷油时燃油的粘度,燃油必须加热到一定的温度(通常为120~150℃)。在燃油温度较高时,容易产生一些问题,例如穴蚀和气化等,必须采用压力式的燃油日用系统。本文介绍了我司设计的63 600 DWT散货船,采用主辅机共用供油单元进行燃油系统设计的成功经验,保障了燃油系统工作稳定可靠,确保船舶安全可靠运行和降低船舶营运的成本。
In the ship operation,low-quality and cheap heavy oil is still widely used in marine diesel engines,including low-speed and medium-speed diesel engines,and the viscosity would reach 380~700 cst@50°C.In order to reduce the viscosity of the fuel when injected,the fuel must be heated to a certain temperature(usually 120 to 150°C).However,some problems are easy to occur when the fuel temperature is high,such as cavitation and gasification,etc.,and pressure type fuel daily service system must be used.This paper introduces the successful experience of the fuel system design of 63600 DWT bulk carrier designed by the company by using the"main and auxiliary engines"shared fuel supply unit,which ensures the stable and reliable operation of the fuel system,ensures the safe and reliable operation of the ship and reduces the cost of ship operation.
