摘要
船舶建造工程项目中,物资采购是其中的重要一环,许多大型设备和长线生产周期的重大设备,如发电机、主机、锅炉等,采购周期往往较长,并面临很多风险因素,影响采购设备按时到货,甚至直接影响整个建设工程项目的进度。本文以系统工程的方法,采取建立ISM模型对采购风险进行分析和提出风险控制措施,以提升采购效率和进度,降低进度风险,增强项目管理。
In the shipbuilding project construction,the material procurement is an important part,in which many large-scale equipment and major equipment with long production cycle,such as generators,main engines,boilers,etc,often have a long procurement cycle and face many risk factors,which affect the timely arrival of purchased equipment.This paper adopts the method of system engineering to establish ISM model to analyze and study the procurement risk and put forward risk control measures,so as to improve the procurement efficiency and progress,while reduce the schedule risk and enhance the project management.
