摘要
从生态系统视角建构“高校心理育人生态共同体”,以“育心育德相融通”为共同体精神内核,确保对心理育人的思想价值引领。从微观、中观和宏观三个层面确定“大学生个体—学校、家庭、学生朋辈—国家、社会、社区”等影响因子。通过多种实施途径来塑造自主教育系统意识、强化核心教育系统功能、提升渗透教育系统影响,同时从时间维度进行了动态协调。从而围绕心理育人目标协调共进,达到培育学生自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的健康心态的目标。
From the perspective of ecosystem,we should construct an“ecological community of psychological education in colleges and universities”,and take“cultivating mind and morality”as the core of the community spirit to ensure the ideological value guidance of psychological education.Determine the influencing factors such as“individual college students-school,family,peer-country,society and community”from the micro,meso and macro levels.Through a variety of implementation ways to shape the consciousness of independent education system,strengthen the function of core education system,enhance the influence of infiltration education system,and at the same time carry out dynamic coordination from the time dimension.So as to coordinate and make progress around the goal of psychological education,and achieve the goal of cultivating students’self-esteem,self-confidence,rationality,peace and positive attitude.
