乡村振兴背景下山东省农村人居环境治理问题及对策研究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance in Shandong Province Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农村人居环境治理,契合乡村振兴战略中建立生态宜居农村的总要求。在乡村振兴背景下,通过实地调研介绍了山东省农村人居环境治理的现状,分析了山东省农村人居环境治理在资金投入、基础设施、村民意识和参与度以及相关治理机制等方面存在的问题,针对问题提出多渠道扩展资金来源,加大投入、完善治理基础设施,建立长效管护机制、提升村民环保意识与参与度、健全完善农村人居环境治理相关机制等对策建议。

The governance of rural living environment conforms to the general requirements of building an ecologically livable countryside in the strategy of rural revitalization.Under the background of rural revitalization,this paper introduces the current situation of rural human settlement environment governance in Shandong Province through field research,and analyzes the existing problems of rural human settlement environment governance in Shandong Province in terms of capital investment,infrastructure,villagers'awareness and participation,as well as related governance mechanisms.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as expanding funding sources through multiple channels,increasing investment,improving governance infrastructure,establishing long-term management and protection mechanism,enhancing villagers'environmental awareness and participation,and improving relevant mechanisms of rural human settlement environment governance.
