山东省农产品质量安全信用体系建设现状及对策研究

Research on the Construction Status and Countermeasures of Agricultural Product Quality Safety Credit System in Shandong Province

从山东省农产品质量安全信用体系建设的概况及成效入手,剖析了现阶段信用体系建设存在的主要问题,提出了健全农产品质量安全信用制度体系,完善信用信息采集方案,深化信用评价标准化建设,推行分级分类监管机制,落实联合奖惩机制,构建社会共治新格局等发展对策,以期对解决农产品质量安全问题等有所裨益。

Starting from the general situation and effect of the construction of credit system of agricultural product quality safety in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of credit system at the present stage.Development countermeasures such as perfecting agricultural product quality and safety credit system,perfecting credit information collection scheme,deepening standardization construction of credit evaluation,implementing classification supervision mechanism,implementing joint reward and punishment mechanism,and building a new pattern of social co-governance are put forward in order to solve the problems of agricultural products quality and safety.
