创伤后应激障碍青少年的注意偏向具有特异性——评《创伤后应激障碍青少年的注意加工》

摘要 青少年时期是一段紧张而动荡的时期,虽然青少年喜怒无常和易怒等情绪波动是很常见的,但是他们在生活中经历的一些事情有时可能引发一系列的心理健康问题,其中创伤后应激障碍(post-traumatic stress disorder,PTSD)是最为特异性的一种(周宵等,2016)。创伤后应激障碍是指个体暴露于异乎寻常的威胁性或灾难性应激事件后,出现的一种持续性的严重心理疾患(American Psychiatric Association,2013)。已有研究表明,PTSD会导致个体认知功能障碍,与精神类疾病存在高共病率,给社会治理、经济发展和个人与家庭带来较大的负担(陶炯等,2009)。
