我国老年康养智能设备产业高质量发展路径研究——基于供给侧结构性改革视角

Research on the high-quality development path of intelligent equipment industry for elderly health care in China—based on the perspective of supply-side structural reform

通过梳理分析老年康养智能设备产业的发展现状,发现产品标准与监管机制建设不足、核心关键技术掌控程度低、复合型人才面临较大缺口、产品适老性设计有待提升等问题是制约老年康养智能设备产业高质量发展的主要瓶颈。因此,为保障产业链供应链的安全、稳定、高效,设计了我国老年康养智能设备产业转型升级的路径规划,认为可在工信部所提出“强链、补链”的基础上,结合产业发展实际加入“延链”举措,以“强链、补链、延链”为逻辑框架,通过“强链”筑牢政策、技术、人才根基;“补链”补齐产业链薄弱环节,“延链”向产业价值链高端延长,分“三步走”全方位推进我国老年康养智能设备产业的高质量发展。

By analyzing the development of intelligent equipment industry for elderly health care,this paper finds out that the main bottlenecks restricting the high-quality development of intelligent equipment industry for elderly health care are the insufficient construction of product standards and regulatory mechanisms,the low control of core key technologies,the large gap of compound talents,and the need to improve the design of products suitable for the elderly.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety,stability and efficiency of the industrial chain and supply chain,this paper designs the path for the transformation and upgrading of the intelligent equipment industry for elderly health care in China,and holds that on the basis of the“strong chain,complementary chain”proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,and in combination with the actual industrial development,the“extended chain”initiative can be joined.With the“strong chain,complementary chain and extended chain”as the logical framework,the“strong chain”builds a solid foundation of policy,technology and talent;“complementary chain”fills the weak links in the industrial chain;“extended chain”extends the high-end of the industrial value chain.“Three steps”promote the high-quality development of China s intelligent equipment industry for elderly health care.
