In recent years,governments and international organizations have intensified efforts to combat commercial corruption and control the business environment.China has also issued a series of policies and measures to continuously strengthen the control of commercial bribery,especially in the field of medicine purchase and sale.This paper reviews the current situation and harm of commercial bribery in the field of medicine purchase and sale,analyzes the causes of institutional mechanism from the aspects of legal regulation,medical and health system,and medical market supervision,and explores the countermeasures to rectify commercial bribery in the field of medicine purchase and sale.
