“双减”政策背景下我国青少年体育俱乐部发展机遇、困境及推进策略

Development opportunities,difficulties and promotion strategies of youth sports clubs in China under the“double reduction”policy

运用文献资料法,梳理“双减”政策背景下青少年体育俱乐部发展的机遇,剖析我国青少年俱乐部面临的困境并提出推进策略。研究认为:“双减”政策背景下,国家政策的支持、教育理念的转变、社会发展的需要等是我国青少年体育俱乐部发展面临的重要机遇;现阶段我国青少年体育俱乐部仍然面临发展容易受到制约和影响,缺乏高效的绩效管理体系,青少年体育俱乐部与“家-校-社”联动不足等挑战。提出推进策略:明确促进青少年体质发展目标,转变传统发展理念;强化学校主阵地,促进“家-校-社”联动发展机制;推进中国式现代化进程,构建青少年体育俱乐部标准化管理体系,以此保障在“双减”政策背景下我国青少年体育俱乐部的可持续健康发展。

By using the method of literature,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper combs the development opportunities of youth sports clubs under the“double reduction”policy,analyzes the difficulties faced by youth clubs in our country and puts forward the promotion strategies.The research holds that:under the background of“double reduction”policy,the support of national policy,the change of educational concept,and the needs of social development are important opportunities for the development of youth sports clubs in China;At present,the development of youth sports clubs in China is still faced with the challenges of easy restriction and influence,lack of efficient performance management system,and insufficient linkage between youth sports clubs and“home-school-community”.Further,it puts forward some suggestions that we should clear the goal of promoting youth physical development,change the traditional concept of development;strengthen the main position of schools and promote the“home-school-community”linkage development mechanism;promote the Chinese-style modernization process and build the standardized management system of youth sports clubs,in order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of youth sports clubs in China under the background of“double reduction”policy.
