基于高校智慧云平台的学生管理模式的构建

Construction of Student Management Mode based on University Intelligent Cloud Platform

构建于大数据和人工智能等现代信息技术基石上的智慧云平台,为高校学生管理实现多元智能、便捷高效带来了强劲助力。智慧云平台的构建及其顺畅运行对于提升高校治理效能至关重要。在厘清高校管理过程中的内部主体关系的基础上,结合学生培养的三个主要阶段及其管理流程,构建基于智慧云平台的高校学生管理模式。分析高校智慧云平台运行和管理的现实困境,在意识层、实践层、技术层和制度层四个层面提出高校学生管理模式的实现路径。

Intelligent cloud platform built on the foundation of modern information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence,has given a strong boost to the realization of multiple intelligence,convenience and efficiency in university student management.The construction and operation of intelligent cloud platform are very important to improve the governance efficiency of universities.On the basis of clarifying the relationship between the internal subjects in the process of university management,combining with the three major stages of student training and its management process,the university student management mode under the platform of smart cloud is constructed,we analyzed the practical difficulties in the operation and management of intelligent cloud platform in universities,and proposed the path of student management mode from four aspects of consciousness,practice,technology and system.
