Due to the complexity of foreign language teaching practices,there has been a transition towards the“post-method era”which calls for integrity and restructuring of the teaching methods.With the development of modern technology,effectively integrating information technology with foreign language teaching has become a trend in the reform of foreign language teaching models nowadays.The paper elaborates on the relationship between foreign language teaching methods and information technology,examines the informationization applicability of foreign language teaching methods,and explores the integration path of modern information technology and foreign language teaching.
