摘要
通过Adams软件模拟堆垛机存取货物的实际工况,用梯形和S型两种速度曲线进行不同方向的速度控制,对比堆垛机的立柱振幅情况,结果表明堆垛机前进方向速度控制比竖直方向速度控制对立柱振幅影响更大,为后续堆垛机的系统相关设计提供实验数据参考。
Adams software is used to simulate the goods storage and retrieval of the stacker,and two kinds of velocity curves,trapezoidal and S-shaped,are used to control the velocity in different directions,comparing their stackercolumn amplitudes.The results show that the speed control in the forward direction of the stacker has more influence on the column amplitude than that in the vertical direction and provides the experimental data for reference for the subsequent system design of stacker.
