摘要
蓄能电站的水库建设需进行基于安全和性能的改进,针对水库常用的共用底流消力池的分布不利于泄洪消能,先对水库进行物理模型优化,并将结果用于水库建设的改进;针对出现的消力池水流紊乱和偏离问题,将池底板高程设置为154m。在优化的基础上,对蓄能电站的下游河道水利特性进行防护,满足最高强度洪水进行消能,下游河道最大流速在右岸护坡末,速度为6.38m/s,表明该物理模型与改进设计能够满足蓄能水库下游河道的水利特性需求。
The reservoir construction of the storage power station needs to be improved based on safety and performance.As the distribution of common underflow stilling basin is not conducive to flood discharge and energy dissipation,the physical model of the reservoir is optimized first,and the results will be used for the improvement of reservoir construction;aiming at the problem of water flow disorder and deviation in stilling basin,the bottom plate elevation of stilling basin is set as 154m.On the basis of optimization,protect the hydraulic characteristics of the downstream channel of the storage power station to meet the energy dissipation requirements of the highest intensity flood.The maximum velocity of the downstream channel is 6.38m/s at the end of the right bank revetment.This shows that the physical model and the improved design can meet the demand of the hydraulic characteristics of the downstream channel of the storage reservoir.
