共同富裕作为中国特色社会主义的本质要求,由社会主义的性质和党的初心使命决定。富裕和共同富裕是描述经济社会发展进步和人民生活水平提升状态的特定概念。富裕意味着人均GDP达到中等发达国家水平,恩格尔系数在合理区间,财务自由且精神世界充实。共同富裕则意味着绝对贫困整体消除,相对贫困人群占比适度,以及中等收入群体规模扩大使社会呈现橄榄型结构。共同富裕的实现不等于贫富差异消除,但对两极分化说不。两极分化或许是价值规律自发作用的结果,但却不是价值规律的应当,对价值规律必须进行价值规导和自觉调控,避免资本逻辑的无序扩张。促进高质量发展、促进分配制度完善和促进基本公共服务均等化对实现共同富裕缺一不可。共同富裕实现过程复杂而艰难,对之要保持清醒,坚持稳中求进、循序渐进、持续推进。

Common afluence.as the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics,is determined by the nature of socialism and the original mission of the Party.Affluence and common affluence are specifie concepts that de-scribe the progress of economic and social development and the improvement of people's living standards.Affluence means that per capita GDP reaches the level of moderately developed countries,and that Engel coefficient is within a reasonable range.and it also means financial freedom and spiritual enrichment.Common affluence means the overall elimination of abso-lute poverty.a moderate proportion of the relative poor,and the expansion of the size of the middle income group to make the society an olive structure.The realization of common affluence does not mean the elimination of the gap between the rich and the poor,but it says no to polarization.Polarization may be the result of the spontaneous action of the law of value,but it is not the law of value should be,the law of value must be guided and consciously regulated to avoid the disorderly expan-sion of capital logic.Promoting high-quality development,improving the distribution system and promoting equal access to basic public services are indispensable to achieving common affluence.The process of achieving common affluence is complex and dfficult,so we must remain sober about it,pursue progress while maintaining stability,and make gradual and sustained progress.
