数字乡村战略下农村老年群体数字鸿沟问题研究

Research on the Digital Gap of Rural Elderly Groups Under the Digital Rural Strategy

随着数字乡村不断发展,农村老年群体面临数字化浪潮的挑战,数字鸿沟问题显著。农村老年群体数字鸿沟主要体现为基础设施的接入鸿沟、智能设备的使用鸿沟以及数字素养的知识鸿沟。其深陷数字鸿沟困境是个体特征、家庭经济和社会环境综合作用的结果。弥合农村老年群体数字鸿沟需要从五个方面协同推进:在政府方面要优化顶层设计,发挥主导作用;在社会方面要建立组织帮扶,坚持数字包容;在企业方面要践行企业责任,强化技术引领;在家庭方面要加强代际沟通,推动数字反哺;在个人方面要坚持终身学习,提高学习自觉。

With the continuous development of digital villages,rural elderly groups are facing the challenge of the digital wave,and the digital gap is significant.The digital gap of rural elderly groups is mainly reflected in the access gap of infrastructure,the use gap of intelligent equipment and the knowledge gap of digital literacy.Its deep digital gap dilemma is the result of the combined effects of individual characteristics,family economy and social environment.Bridging the digital gap of the rural elderly groups needs to be promoted in five aspects:optimizing the top-level design and playing a leading role in the government;establishing organizational support and adhering to digital inclusion in the society;practicing corporate responsibility and strengthening technological guidance in the enterprise;strengthening inter-generational communication and promoting digital feedback in the family;adhering to lifelong learning and improve learning consciousness in the individual.
