职业教育供给与经济社会发展需求高度匹配的内在机理与实现路径探究

职业教育是与经济社会发展联系最为紧密的教育类型,职业教育供给与经济社会发展需求高度匹配是新发展格局下增强职业教育适应性的必由之路。目前职业教育匹配供给仍存在高素质技术技能人才不充分、专业设置结构匹配不精准、域间职业教育水平差距明显、职业院校的对外开放性不深入等问题。因此,提高职业教育匹配供给需要完善职业教育高层次人才培养;优化专业群建设;推动职业教育优质多元发展;提高我国职业教育国际影响力。

Vocational education is the type of education that is most closely related to economic and social development.The high matching between the supply of vocational education and the demand of economic and social development is the only way to enhance the adaptability of vocational education under the new development pattern.At present,there are still some problems in the matching supply of vocational education,such as insufficient high-quality technical and skilled talents,inaccurate matching of major setting structure,obvious gap of vocational education level between regions,and insufficient openness of vocational colleges.Therefore,improving the matching supply of vocational education needs to improve the training of high-level talents in vocational education;optimize the construction of professional groups;promote the quality and diversified development of vocational education;improve the international influence of China's vocational education.
