基于文献计量的我国紧急医学救援队研究热点可视化分析

Visual analysis of research hotspots in China's emergency medical rescue teams based on bibliometrics

目的了解我国目前紧急医学救援队相关研究主题、研究趋势、研究热点等,对未来该领域深入研究提供思考与展望。方法通过中国知网数据库总库搜索紧急医疗救援队主题词,检索时间截至2023年6月5日,检索范围限制为学术期刊,文献发表时间不作限制,利用VOSviewer、CiteSpace软件进行文献计量学分析,形成可视化图谱。结果共纳入文献335篇,列出发文量位居前10位的发文机构和作者,其中核心作者共83人。紧急医学救援队相关研究的335篇文献发表于99种期刊上。最终形成“三防”医学救援队、突发公共卫生事件、救援队员、护理、核事故与地震灾害、培训与能力建设6个关键词聚团,这六大主题代表了紧急医学救援队研究领域的热点。“核应急”“医疗救援”“突发事件”3个关键词成为该领域研究突变词。结论该领域研究机构和作者合作程度不高,尚未形成核心作者群;研究相较于国外起步较晚,研究基础不足,应鼓励开展相关研究。

Objective To know the related research theme,trends and hotspots about emergency medical rescue teams in China,and provide thoughts and prospects for future research in this field.Methods The literature was screened after searching relevant subject terms on CNKI,and bibliometric analysis was performed by using VOSviewer and Citespace to form a visualization graph.Results A total of 335 articles were included,and the top 10 institutions and authors were listed,a total of 83 of these were core authors.335 publications of studies on emergency medicine rescue team were published in 99 journals.And 6 keywords clusters were formed:“three defense”medical rescue team,public health emergencies,rescue team members,nursing,nuclear accidents and earthquakes,training and capacity building,which became the hot spots of emergency medical rescue team research.“Nuclear emergency response”“medical rescue”and“emergency events”became the research mutation words in this field.Conclusion Research institutions and authors in this field are not highly cooperative and have not yet formed a core group of authors.Research in this field has started late compared with foreign countries,and the research foundation is insufficient,so relevant researches should be encouraged.
