广州市大学生电子健康素养与健康行为关联变化研究 被引量:1

Research on the changes of the relationship between ehealth literacy and health behaviors among college students in Guangzhou City

摘要 目的比较2015与2021年广州市大学生电子健康素养水平、人口学特征分布及其与健康行为的关联变化。方法采用方便整群抽样方法,于2015年和2021年分别对大学生进行现场纸质、在线问卷调查。采用logistic回归分析方法,分析健康行为关联变化情况。结果2021年大学生高电子健康素养比例高于2015年。男生、城镇大学生电子健康素养水平较高(OR=1.23、0.77,P<0.01)。2021年,女生,非医学专业学生,大一、大三学生的电子健康素养水平显著提升(P<0.001)。电子健康素养高的大学生每日充足睡眠、适度运动、饮食均衡频率更高(OR=1.71、1.55、1.98,P<0.001)。结论广州市大学生电子健康素养提升明显。电子健康素养与每日充足睡眠、饮食均衡关联变得更强。 Objective To compare ehealth literacy,demographic characteristics and its association with the changes of health behaviors among college students in Guangzhou City in 2015 and 2021.Methods Using convenient cluster sampling,college students in 2015 and 2021 in Guangzhou City were recruited respectively.An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted on-site in 2015 and online in 2021.Logistic regression was conducted to analyze its association with health behaviors.Results There was a higher percentage of college students with high eHealth literacy in 2021than in 2015.Participants with high ehealth literacy who were male(OR=1.23,P<0.01),and coming from urban areas(OR=0.77,P<0.01).College students with high ehealth literacy were more likely to be female,non-medical major,freshmen and seniors in 2021,and ehealth literacy level improves significantly(P<0.001).High ehealth literacy was associated with enough sleep,moderate exercise,and regular and balanced food intake(OR=1.71,1.55 and 1.98,P<0.001).Conclusion Ehealth literacy of college students increases significantly in Guangzhou City.The association between ehealth literacy,and daily enough sleep and balanced diary is stronger.
