北京市延庆区≥15岁常住居民烟草流行现况调查

Investigation of tobacco prevalence among adult residents≥15 year-old in Yanqing District,Beijing City

目的了解北京市延庆区成人烟草流行现状及变化趋势,为制定有效的烟草控制措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群概率抽样法,抽取延庆区≥15岁常住居民为调查对象,使用“2019北京市成人烟草调查问卷(TQS)”进行调查。结果延庆区≥15岁常住居民现在吸烟率、每日吸烟率分别为26.07%和24.00%,二手烟总暴露率为60.97%。吸烟导致中风、肺癌、心肌梗死、阴茎勃起障碍的知晓率分别为46.14%、76.28%、54.10%和36.01%,二手烟能够导致成人心脏病、成人肺癌、儿童肺部疾病的知晓率分别为62.55%、74.32%和74.36%。结论延庆区成人现在吸烟率、二手烟暴露率较高,吸烟危害知晓率、二手烟危害知晓率均较低。应加强控烟宣传教育工作,制定控烟干预综合措施,推广戒烟服务和戒烟干预技术,进一步落实《北京市控制吸烟条例》中的各项措施。

Objective To investigate the current situation and trend of adult tobacco epidemic in Yanqing District,Beijing City to provide a basis for formulating effective tobacco control measures.Methods Multi-stage cluster probability sampling method and the“Beijing Adult Tobacco Questionnaire(TQS)”were used to select residents≥15years old in Yanqing District.Results The smoking rate and daily smoking rate of≥15 years old population in Yanqing District were 26.07% and 24.00%,respectively,and the total exposure rate of second-hand smoke was 60.97%.The awareness rates of stroke,lung cancer,myocardial infarction and penile erectile dysfunction caused by smoking were 46.14%,76.28%,54.10% and 36.01%,respectively.The proportion of the awareness rate of second-hand smoke that can cause heart disease in adults,lung cancer in adults and lung diseases in children were 62.55%,74.32% and 74.36%,respectively.Conclusion The smoking rate and second-hand smoke exposure rate are high,and the awareness rate of the dangers of smoking and the harm of second-hand smoke are low in Yanqing District.So it is necessary to strengthen publicity and education on tobacco control,formulate comprehensive measures for tobacco control intervention,and promote smoking cessation services and smoking cessation intervention technologies,to further implement the measures of Beijing Smoking Control Regulations.
