2015—2021年传染病监测系统中云南省血吸虫病病例报告情况调查

Investigation of schistosomiasis cases reported in infectious disease surveillance system in Yunnan Province from 2015 to 2021

目的了解2015—2021年传染病监测系统中云南省血吸虫病病例报告情况,查找病例报告工作中存在的问题,为今后血吸虫病病例报告在传染病监测系统的运用和管理提供参考依据。方法对2015—2021年网络上报血吸虫及相关病例进行整理调查,同时收集血吸虫病病例个案流行病学调查报告,并进行描述性分析。结果2015—2021年,在传染病监测系统中云南省累计报告血吸虫病病例90例,其中2例报告为非洲输入性曼氏血吸虫病及未分类病例(2.22%),88例报告为日本血吸虫病(97.78%);7年间云南省血吸虫病病例上报例数呈降低趋势;报告及时率为100%。经流调核实不符合上报管理规范的有88例,包括历史陈旧性病例、错报、不符合诊断标准的病例。结论相关部门在发现病例线索时能通过传染病监测系统及时上报,但存在误报、错报情况。需加强医疗卫生机构对血吸虫病诊断标准的解读和传染病上报病例要求的培训,提高传染病网络报送的规范性。

Objective To know the case reports of schistosomiasis in the infectious disease surveillance system in Yunnan Province from 2015 to 2021,and to find out disadvantages in case reports,so as to provide reference for strengthening the application and management of the infectious disease surveillance system and standard reporting of schistosomiasis in the future.Methods Schistosomiasis and related reported online from 2015 to 2021 were collected,and individual epidemiological survey reports of schistosomiasis cases were collected for descriptive analysis.Results From 2015 to 2021,a total of 90 cases of schistosomiasis were reported in the infectious disease surveillance system in Yunnan Province,including 2 imported Schistosoma mansoni or unclassified cases(2.22%)and 88 cases of Schistosoma japonicum(97.78%).The number of schistosomiasis cases in Yunnan Province decreased during the past 7 years.The report timeliness rate was 100%.There were 88 cases that did not conform to the reporting management standards,including historical and old cases,misreporting,and exclusion of non-conforming diagnostic criteria.Conclusion When case clues are found,they can be reported in time through the infectious disease surveillance system,but there are misreports.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the interpretation of schistosomiasis diagnostic criteria and the training of the requirements for reporting cases of infectious diseases in medical and health institutions,and improve the standardization of online reporting of infectious diseases.
